When contacting the help desk, you may be asked some questions about your computer and your Internet connection. If you don't know the answers, the help desk staff will do its best to assist you in finding this information.

Wi-Fi
Anyone who has a laptop with a current wireless card and an Internet browser (i.e. Netscape, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) can access the Library System's wireless Internet at any of the 17 Pierce County Libraries. Read more >>
